How to Participate

Register your business by filling out the online Account Application.

Complete the form

As your patients require transportation, simply contact our friendly dispatchers with the necessary information. When our driver drops off or picks up, they will leave a copy of the Receipt Form. Keep these for records.

At the end of the month you will receive a collected bill from our billing office. Often you can then bill your patient's insurance for their transport needs.
